About Us
Welcome to our animal rescue! We are excited to embark on this journey of compassion and care for animals in need. Currently, we are in the process of renovating and moving into our newly purchased farm, which will be our rescue's home. Our goal is simple: no animal will be left behind. We aim to provide a loving home for every animal that comes our way and if we cannot take an animal, we will help find them the perfect place to thrive. We hope you will join us on our adventure.
About the Founders
Ever since I was a child, I always envisioned impacting animals in a positive way. I always knew I would end up working with animals eventually. My husband brought my dream to life as we started forming a new vision for our lives together as a family... as a really really big family full of animals in need. I didn't want to stop at just dogs and cats, I needed to create a safe haven for all animals in need! Thus, Pork n Beans Animal Rescue was founded. We named our rescue after our personal rescue dogs, Porkchop & Baked Beans. All of our animals afterwards ended up following the food theme, so we only felt it fitting to continue the trend! This rescue was inspired by all of the animals that have walked through our doors in need of a safe home, and they continually inspire me to keep going. ​ Pork n Beans Animal Rescue is just getting started- we can't run without the generosity and kindness of our donors, adopters, and sponsors.
